BaDaChu (Chinese: 八大处) is a large Park in the western hills of Beijing, about 8 kilometers south of XiangShan Park and about 25 kilometers from central Beijing. Well forested, the park covers an area of 250 Hectares.

Chinese Nationalities Ethnic Culture Park

The Nationalities Park(Chinese: 民族公园), which is also known as the Chinese Ethnic Culture Park, celebrates the ethnic cultures of China, with a focus on traditional architecture, music and dance. Most Chinese are 'Han Chinese' - about 95%; but there are 56 ethnic groups in the Chinese family altogether.

XiangShan Park

XiangShan Park (Fragrant Hills Park,Chinese: 香山公园) is situated in the east part of the western hills, 28 kilometers (17 miles) west (and slightly north) of cental Beijing. XiangShan is a large Park of hills and forest covering 1.6 km² (395 acres). Both the natural scenery and cultural relics are abundant in XiangShan Park.
